He came earlier than scheduled and started working on the project (electronic wall oven install). He took time to figure out potential issues and did not try to rush the work. He even took the old oven for disposal. He was professional and answered all questions I had. I plan to use him again on other projects.

Ken quickly figured out exactly what the issue was and wasted no time in fixing it. He was courteous and patient as we had appliance deliveries at the same time/space he needed to work on. His work was great and was reasonably priced. Thank you Ken!
