- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very little overhead and are not interested in taking advantage of our clients. We pride ourselves in offering professional and quality work and great customer service at a very reasonable price. Our pricing is flexible. Usually we charge an hourly rate while getting clients' books up to speed and working on custom requests, and afterwards a very reasonable fee for monthly service. Some customers prefer fixed monthly fees, while others prefer hourly rates even for month-to-month work. We are fine with both, depending on what you prefer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is unique to us. We like to have an initial meeting in order to get an outline of the client's business model and understand the business as well as possible. Once we have asked all the questions we need to feel like we are on the same page with you, we will suggest and explain a proposal of what needs to be done. Our clients are involved in every step of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of dedicated professionals from all backgrounds. We are QB Platinum Partners and are QB Advanced Certified. We have a MBA of financial management, several Bachelors of Finance/Accounting, two Enrolled Agents (tax professionals enrolled to practice before the IRS) and an IT professional who helps us suggest and work with all technical aspects of financial softwares, document management, and data security. We have 10 years of experience working seamlessly as a team to provide our clients with the best possible service.
