- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing in house is pretty simple: $45 - covers all my small simple repairs including tuneups. This is also my diagnostic fee that goes towards any repair I do. $95 - covers virus removal $125 - covers a complete reload of the OS plus data migration if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A greeting in person if you come in, or over the phone if you call me, will first initiate our hellos and what I can do to help you out. After, I will briefly evaluate the issue if you haven't already and advise the repair with our pricing. All pricing is quoted ahead of time and during the repair in the event it escalates. At that time I will call you to let you know in detail what to expect and you can make a decision to continue or not. After the repair is complete I will call you to pick up and process the payment. Home visits are similar with us coming to your house after a brief intro to see what your needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands on experience and training from Eric who holds college degrees and technical achievement awards. 10 years in business and going on 6 years now at the Care Center working with clients and customers has honed our skills to perfection. We have all the skills you need with the friendly family atmosphere to make you feel welcome and content.
