- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very straightforward, and based on square-footage, number of bedrooms, and the various services needed. I am certified in radon testing in both air and water, well water testing from the basic testing to more in-depth testing if indicated, and mold/mildew inspection as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain exactly how my process works, encouraging the clients to stay with me for the entire inspection. When the inspection is complete, I always sit and explain to the clients exactly what will be in the report, including all the pictures I have taken. I understand that purchasing a home can create anxiety, and I do my best to explain each step of the inspection process, to put my clients at ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 plus years of building new homes and putting on additions to existing homes. I have encountered just about every possible scenario in the inspection, construction and demolition of homes here in Connecticut. I treat my clients with respect and make sure they have all the facts prior to purchasing their new home.
