FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price rate due to the fact every one of my jobs are nothing alike. One job can only pertain to wedding but take 3 hours to do so and others my consist of using equipment such as a leaf blower or weed eater. So time, fuel, equipment and materials needed, location of job all factor in to the price that's quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally after I get a lead who has decided to hire me I will come to the location of the job to quote a bid for free to the client. The client can then choose to call me to complete the job or choose otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like I said, I've grown up watching other to gain the knowledge of what I know. if there is something I don't know I have no problem going to ask for help or doing some research to find the answer. I did, although, spend 5 years working towards a Bachelor's degree in multi media design and development. Yes, it's fast from what I do know but I really wasn't focused on weekday made me happy at that point in time. Instead I was pregnant with my son and seem the dollar signs in my future had I choose to follow that career.
