Kim is incredible to work with! She audited my past taxes, took care of my company structure setup and has filed taxes for couple years in a row now. Not only is she a smart, very knowledgeable tax professional, but also her responsiveness, and customer service skills are superb. To be blunt, my taxes were in disarray resulting from a former tax accountant. Not to go into too much detail, but he did everything via hard paper and then randomly disappeared as I was unable to find or contact him. The issues discovered with my taxes went back 4 years upon a review from a bank regarding a commercial loan. It was critical and required for my business to remedy the aforementioned in less than 2 weeks. Thankfully for me, after calling multiple local CPA's and not receiving any good consultation, I found Kim on this site and she did an incredible job!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a call to get to know the customer and gain a clear understanding of their tax position. Then go over the game plan to efficiently minimize their tax position.
