- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment options include Stripe for online payments, check or cash (Stripe is available through the Student Portal) Auto-pay option is also available through Stripe! Please make checks payable to Wing Studios • Monthly tuition is $90/month for 30 minute lessons once a week; $125/month 45 minute lessons; $160/month for 60 minute lessons • Sibling discount is available: 10% discount for the first sibling and 20% discount for each additional family member. • Payment is due the first of each month • Any late payments will incur a fee of $15 if not paid no later than the 4th of the month • Books for lessons will be billed to the student’s account for the following month. • Siblings are welcome to share books with one another.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are pleased to offer a free 30-minute consultation to all potential students. It is important to find the right teacher for each student and each teacher has a different approach. We use this time to talk about the studio policies and the different methods that our teachers will implement to help our students succeed in and out of our lessons.
