As a small business owner in a service industry, I'm constantly faced with new challenges. Whether it's managing the business, leading employees, customer service, I've found myself wondering- Is there a better way I could be doing this? What's the best way to handle this situation? How do I get through "growing pains?" Dr. Jeremy has extensive training and systems in place from his ownership of HealthSource Chiropractic. After listening to not only the struggles in business but also the things that were going well, he was able to offer some strategies to manage the business more efficiently. He made some very strong points about management and leadership, which actually encouraged me to take a few days away from the day-to-day to focus on our business. After our coaching session, I put a lot of thought into what it takes to be the business owner. What kind of people do I want to hire? What tasks should I be doing and what should I be delegating? Where do I want the business to be in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years? What steps are needed to meet those goals? These are just a few of the things that I focused on. Since our meeting, I have new procedures in place and written goals that I look at every day.

Jeremy is not only knowledgeable in the body, health and medicine but he truly cares which makes all the difference in the world. He goes the extra mile every time as he loves to see people be all they can be and succeed. The help he gave me helped me in getting over a huge emotional down I was in and helped me in pushing forward the the wonderful life I now live. In regards to what I still wish to solve, it's no longer emotional for me. It all relates to my son and being the best Mom I can. I'm pushing towards running my own business so I can be around as much as possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical fee for my clients is 100-150/hr depending on their circumstances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the new customer will answer a few questions to see if they qualify for a free one-on-one coaching session. I will review their Q&A and determine if they are a great fit, we will schedule a one-on-one consult. Then We Meet, One-On-One over the phone or in person. I will have set aside an hour of my time, to focus on their areas of concern and show them how you can start making massive change right away! A good percentage of the people I do this for end up asking me to actually Create a customized coaching plan for them. Based on the clients needs we will set up a coaching schedule or time frame to reach their outcome goal. Once the client decides to move forward with the plan we will set a time for the next call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Athletic Trainer and I have my doctorate in Chiropractic. I started my chiropractic business from 0 patients and no salary to building it up to 750K business in 5 years. While I was practicing in my clinic I also coached other doctors, I have been an active member of a mastermind for 4 yrs and I am also a certified high performance coach through the high performance institute created by Brendon Burchard.
