- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work either on an hourly basis or a flat fee. As a customer I always liked know the cost up front - and I would think that you would too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we're starting from scratch I have a well-defined process to help me understand your goals and preferences. If it's a fix or upgrade of some sort, that requires more direction on your part. Either way, it's helpful to have examples of the kind of solutions that you like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The funny thing was that I was pursuing pre-med when I did some work for one of my professors and realized that digital marketing was where my passion lies. Since I was doing cutting edge stuff at the time, I ended up becoming a educator in the field.
