FAQs

For family and Beauty portraits, my rate is $125/ hour. Clients will receive 10-15 master selected and edited images. For weddings I have teamed up with Jeremy Crowson, a very experienced videographer and photographer. We are currently trying to build our wedding portfolio and for that reason, our packaged deals are a great bargain! Package One: ceremony coverage and portraits (up to 2.5 hours) 45 digital images for $600 Package Two: Pre wedding ceremony and ceremony coverage and portraits (up to 4 hours) 75 digital images for $800 Package Three: all day coverage (up to 8 hours), 5 minute candid cut video,150 digital images for $1600 For video of the ceremony it will be an additional $400
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to figure out location first. Once we have the where down, then we can set a date. For outdoor pictures, the best time of day is when the sun isn't so harsh. So I suggest we take photos in the early morning or late afternoon before the sunset. What to wear I leave up to you. We can be as casual or as formal as you like. But if we are doing a group photo then I suggest you do color coordinate. Letting me know what you will be wearing and what you had in mind for the shoot can help me to better serve you. Don't be afraid to suggest poses and ideas! I usually mail my clients their photos on a flash drive where they can have prints made wherever they choose. I try to have your photos to you within 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The school of Hard Knox. I learned the basics in an online personal enrichment class through Calhoun, but most of what I have learned has been self taught. I try and experiment with my camera everyday so I can continue to learn. You also can not go wrong with books and YouTube videos.
