- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on individual window treatment, whether it is for installation, cleaning or repairs. We do offer discount for large jobs, Military, and First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the customer, and get a thorough understanding of what they needs are. Schedule an appointment if needed. Make sure the customer understands the process, and answer any questions they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We worked with a company, which has been in business for over 20 years, learning the best methods for cleaning and repairing blinds and shades.
