What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for basic cleans are $15 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Extra duties such as carpet cleaning will be priced at a SQ FT price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you, see how you like your home to be. I then will clean weekly/bi-weekly or monthly while keeping open communication with you to make sure the job is done the way you like. I clean as if it was my own home or vehicle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mother of two and I have 4 years experience of household duties with my own children. I started cooking and cleaning when I was just 7. That makes 20 years total.
