- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on many factors. Size of area to be cleaned, number of rooms and floor area. Rest assured that the pricing estimate will be fair and only given after conducting a complete walk-through of the areas to be cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"One Call Does It All". We will set up a time that is convenient for you in order to perform a walk-through of your area that you want cleaned. After performing a detailed observation and further discussion of your cleaning needs, we will provide a estimate of cost in writing and can start the service at soon as you need us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Lighthouse Cleaning we understand the value of training and are constantly researching and developing new methods to best serve our clients. Continuous training is essential to ensure a productive and successful program of excellent customer service. Trained personnel will perform janitorial services. Our employees are trained in Hepa Laws, MSDS compliance, needle safety (sharpies) and are Background and drug tested. Monthly safety talks are performed.
