What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet for an initial intake session. This allows me to see what specific goals the client would like to achieve, and it allows me to learn how I can best help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Arts Degree, Psychology, 2013 from Chatham University, as well as a Master of Science, in Community Leadership, 2011 from Duquesne University.
