- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have an initial consultation with a customer. That allows me to tailor the services to fit the need(s) of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lori received her Bachelors (Morgan State University) and Master’s Degrees (University of Maryland) in clinical Social Work. She completed her full academic studies for her PhD in Public Health (Morgan State University). An Alumni on the Move Award was bestowed upon her by Morgan State University School of Social Work (March 2015). In 2012 she was honored by Morgan State University when she received The Presidential Award in recognition of her outstanding achievements and accomplishments. She has been honored by NLADA’s receiving the National Gideon’s Heroes Award (2003) and Mitigation Life Time Achievement Award (2006) respectfully.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Lori has over 20 years of leadership and management experience. As a Director Leadership and Program Development, at an organization with more than 800 employees she has proven her ability to help others grow in the are Leadership and Management. Lori has developed programs that are now national models for other agencies. In 2015, The Daily Record Newspaper named her as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women.
