Tosh brought my party vision to an even better reality!! I threw a 40th party for my husband and had a lot of ideas but not a focus. Tosh was so easy to work with, she helped focus the ideas to create a theme we could work around. She was always available, highly organized, creative, fantastic ideas, and proactive. The party was such a success and even better than I imagined. Tosh oversaw the entire event to ensure it was successful and that I could be a guest at my own party! It was one of the best parties and I'm so greatful I could relax and enjoy it knowing Tosh had it all under control. Tosh is so wonderful to work with, I'll never plan a party without her again!

Tosh and her team did a fantastic job at our wedding party. She communicated clearly and regularly leading up to the event and was very flexible in terms of accommodating last minute changes. All her staff showed up on time and took care of everything I had asked them to take care off and them some. The bartenders she brought along were also very efficient in serving our 110 or so guests and no one had anything negative to say. Our event went off without a hitch and all our guests left happy and with many good memories. I would definitely recommend her again.

My experience with VIE was above and beyond all of my expectations from the initial introduction phone call, to the planning meeting, to the bi-weekly phone contacts leading to my actual event. VIE is very efficient and provided quality service consistent with what was suggested during the planning. I contacted VIE to coordinate my Masquerade Ball of 140 guests, at the time of my initial phone conference I had no idea how to bring my vision for my event to fruition and VIE guided my vision successfully accomplishing my goal while aligning within the barriers of my budget. Prior to my event VIE connected with all of my vendors to ensure a fabulous night. Throughout my event, VIE continued the connection with my vendors. The decor was selected with detail and precision VIE offers a friendly team that is comfortable to work with for any event. I highly recommend this team as I currently work on planning my next event in 2 years for my daughters sweet 16'.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to determine the customer’s needs. Then we prepare a proposal for services. Once the customer accepts the proposal and makes a deposit, the planning begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a corporate meeting planner for a healthcare company. I have planned corporate and social events for over 10 years. I am also a Certified Wedding Planner!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in this field as a coordinator for a corporation planning organization. I love entertaining and honed my skills professionally and personally over the past 10 plus years.
