The good:
- They bailed me out a week before the job, after the company that I contracted through Thumbtack a full month earlier screwed me.
- There were great lines off communication including a confirmation call the day before the job.
- The crew was energetic and enthusiastic. They were professional and had great attitudes.
- They were adaptable to change on the fly. We really liked the crew a lot.
The caveat:
- We vacated a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit that was maybe 600 square feet. There were 35 boxes. A sizable amount of items were left in the trash (including a couch, bookshelf, TV cabinet and more), so they weren't even loaded in at the new place. The job took 6 hours. Based upon past moves there appears to be an opportunity here to tighten things up a bit. But they are a newer company and I am confident that they will get better in this area.

Native moving and hauling helped me move out of my apartment and into my new place. Nothing broke, the workers were friendly and efficient, and my overall experience was terrific.
