FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am incredibly flexible, passionate, and highly experienced in such a huge range of software and industries. Even if I have not created a piece of work before which exactly matches the vision you have in your mind, I would ask that you look at my body of work as a whole, see my range of skills and experience, and realize that by working with me, you are not taking a risk, you are investing your resources in someone who has more experience than most designers out there. I also feel that my past clients and the pedigree which is associated with their products or services should speak volumes for the level of quality I bring to the table.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I think that many people don't understand the sometimes grueling amount of time and effort that designers put into the projects which they work on. It goes largely unappreciated. People also tend to baulk at rates that seem somewhat high. But the nature of contract work is that it is very much in flux at all times. Contractors need to be prepared for long periods of time when work may not be steady, so to compensate for that, they need to charge rates which are not only commensurate of their experience and expertise, but will also provide them with enough income to prepare for "down periods" when work is slow or scare.
