- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not charge by type of massage as I use various types of massage (sports/medical/neuromuscular/swedish) to enable the body to move towards its form of healing. I also implement stretching and some forms of physical therapy type work to assist the body in healing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically like to speak with the new client on the phone to understand their needs and expectations. I direct them to my website where I have them print and fill out the client intake form and cancellation policy. Upon meeting with the client on the first session, we review the intake form and discuss anything more I need to know and I do a quick structure assessment to see what is out of balance that the client may not know about. Typically, clients go home with stretching homework and I'll refer books/videos to them to watch to help them with their recovery.
