Michael inspected a home for us that is to become our second home purchase. He was very prompt with returning phone calls and emails. After the inspection, he also wanted to look into some additional information regarding a retaining wall concern and was very quick in getting back to us on that was well. He worked well with our realtor and allowed us to follow him around the entire 3 hours. I would definitely hire him again!!
