- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing in my line of work as I really so have to see something to be able to give a price. My pricing is very competitive at quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish initial contact and once I meet the customer and see the work that needs to be done I come up with a detailed estimate and time frame for job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed some college business courses but it was the training for the Marine Corps that sets me apart in my field.
