One of the best kickboxing coaches I've had the pleasure of working with he explains everything in depth and works with you so that you pick everything up as well as he is very good with working around injury all the star for kickboxing

Eric was a great instructor. He didn't only demonstrate how to properly kick the punching bag, he walked me through ever transition. From properly stepping up to the bag but pivoting on the balls of your feet and start your kick from your waist. But once you contact the bag push though it with your shin and not pop it.

I really learned alot my first class. I highly recommend it. It's a great way to get into shape and learn something new I plan to continue my classes long term thanks for introducing me to this great class and great instructor.
