- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates on most work. Our prices are competitive and we are licensed and insured. We also guarantee our work. We are a company of two people - one master electrician and one unrestricted journeyman. WE are the people who will complete the work. The price we quote is for our work - we will not send out apprentices or other "guys" to do the job, you will get the quality workmanship that comes with our experience and career level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers contact us we try to provide pricing estimates over the phone or via email. If not, we aim to schedule a free estimate within a day or two of the call, sooner if needed. After we've provided the estimate if the customer is interested in moving forward we will get them scheduled ASAP, generally within a day or two.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company consists of one master and one journeyman electrician. We have both satisfied the training, experience and certification requirements to obtain our licenses and met the continuing education requirements to maintain our licences for many years (30+ and 15+). We are also a licensed electrical contractors meaning we have met the requirements to obtain an electrical contractors license through the state of Texas including insurance requirements. Our journeyman electrician is also OSHA 10 certified.
