- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on size and temperament of the dog or cat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first ask for the dog/cats name, breed and how the client would like the pet done. I will also ask how long since the last groom and how they reacted the last time they got groomed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started grooming dogs/cats when I was 12 years old, I got my first grooming job at 12 twelve and have loved it ever since, I feel I have a way to make even the hardest client calm done and love the grooming experience.
