The StrEATery is different from any food truck I've ever experienced. The food is made with care. The menu is new and exciting ( but recognizable ). It seems like whoever is running it cares about their customers making special items for vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free individuals. Overall the experience was fantastic. The StrEATery is run by professionals. The food is amazing.

Have been to strEATery on several occasions at the elephants truck in new milford and a local concert in washington depot. The food does not disappoint! Chef Adam is passionate about what he does, and that passion comes out in every single one of his dishes. The short rib grilled cheese and crab cakes are my favorite!! The mojo sauce on his strEAT corn is not only full of flavor and but also addicting. Cant wait to see the truck at many more locations!
