- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would get to know the customer's story about their idea, business or brand to create a general knowledge about their vision for the project then I would walk them through what I have done in the past to see what style best fits the video they want. After that, we will discuss the story board, create a quote, and then begin more pre-production work. After the production, they will get updates on the video or photo editing until the project is complete. After the project is complete I will make sure the customer is happy with the final product then I will create a marketing plan for them to ensure they get the most out of their video or photos.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with artists, athletes, start-up companies, higher education, corporate business, real estate agents, and more.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers have to keep in mind that they are the ones reaching out to the professionals. We as professionals know how to tell a story in a way that fits our style of content creation. We may have a different approach or angle to a storyline that you have already created. Customers have to be just as open-minded as the professionals are when creating a story board for the desired project.
