Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have been in or around the construction industry most of my life. My Dad was an Iron worker on projects like Safeco field, and my step father is a telecommunications technician. Longer than I can remember back into my childhood I have been a part of every improvement or repair project at home as well as starting work as a laborer for construction companies starting when I was 14 in the summer times. By nature I tend to be a perfectionist. I have done everything from carpentry, drywall, pouring concrete, plumbing, painting, tree service, remodels, additions, electrical, decks, carpet, tile, security, landscaping, you name I've either done it myself or have a strong understanding of how to do it properly. Customer service and leadership have always been a big deal to me. Some companies I have worked for in the past have fallen short on either there ability or just willingness to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Hence I found myself wanting to go out on my own. So I can work with customers in mind first, the right way, and make service above all else. My conscious would not allow me to take on a project, unless I was positive I could do a great job. I know this is old school but I truly would rather lose money on a job that has a happy customer than make a profit off a dissatisfied one. Your name is a big deal, especially when you are starting out and I want my name to be synonymous with the BEST service you have ever had. I am a licensed, bonded and insured Washington state general contractor! I enjoy that working for myself has given me the ability to spend more time with my family at home as well as be able to help people accomplish tasks that make their life easier, improve their situation or just have more confidence in there life because of the job that I was able to do for them. I love the satisfaction of a job well done. I want my customers to always have peace of mind.

Drew is one of the nicest people I have met. He changed out a ceiling fan light fixture for me and re-wired several large vanity bulbs above my bathroom sink. I had bought a light fixture kit for my fan, the same make as the fan, but it turned out it did not fit properly. Drew used the existing one and was able to make everything work properly. The new lights are nice and bright. The existing fixture had one small bulb. I am so happy to finally be able to see the inside of my clothes closet! The best part of working with Drew is he is flexible on his pricing, especially for seniors or those living on a limited income. If not for this, I would still be in the dark (literally)! I highly recommend Drew to anyone who wants quality work done by a very polite, considerate and friendly pro. I am keeping his name and number tacked on my refrigerator in case my neighbors need a reliable, conscientious electrician.

Drew was very easy to work with, extremely professional, and on time. He got the job done efficiently and effectively. Best of all, he was a fiscally responsible decision! We will be keeping his number on hand for all our electrical needs in the future! Highly recommend you do the same!!!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

home owners, property managers, commercial companies and investors

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

how much can you really afford and keep that in your pocket. expect for 10% fluctuation and have money set aside for that. things happen. mold, pests, rodents, asbestos, and water damage unseen can put major kinks in project budgets. being prepared for that is a big advantage. it always breaks my heart when someone didn't plan and you start demoing their bathroom for renovation only to find molded or rotten boards that must be replaced. Now the customer has to choose between having there kitchen remodeled or there floors redone and can't get there entire project completed as they hoped. it's silly but watch "love it or list it" on DIY network. the show is a little overboard with the unexpected expense stuff sometimes, but it is real and happens at some point on almost every project. it makes me feel bad for you the customer, I want your dream home to be accomplished. so do me (and yourself) a favor and plan ahead. :-)
