I had Joshua come to my home and do some interior painting for me. Joshua was very professional and did a beautiful job. I was very pleased with his work, I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done. I am going to use him in the future for tile work I want done.

It was a pleasure working with the young man. He was very profesional and competent. He did a great job installing tile in our dining room area. In addition, he displayed great expertise and skill in installing a front door and hanging 5 interior doors for us of varying size. I think he even had to chisel some areas to have them fit properly. Once again the young man showed great skill, work ethic, and competence, all with a great, respectful attitude. I am glad that we went with Joshua Yates / Southern Tile, Inc for our renovations. They look great.

I spoke with Joshua a couple of times on the phone and texted him numerous times. He seemed interested in the job and even requested photos, which I provided. We set up a date about a week out. Nov 14th Monday at 7:30 am. I texted him the address and verified the date/time which he verified and said he would be glad to meet. Over that weekend before, I attempted to text and call him to make sure noting else was needed on my part. I received NO responses back until late Sunday when he did state that he would be there the next day and verified the time of 7:30 am. Monday came and I waited for an arrival. By 8:30 I was texting him and calling his cell which he did not answer. Phone went to voice mail. No texts back either. Needless to say he NEVER showed up as of the time I had to leave for work at 11:45 AM. Still have not heard back from him at this time. We ended up hiring another person from Thumbtack which we hope this one works out much better than Joshua.

He didn't charge to come out. It was a very simple fix, so he just explained how to do it. Great service. If I ever need anything again, I will go to him.

I will ask if you general questions about the project and then meet with the homeowner to discuss in detail what they want or need done and then I will send them an estimate via email.

I have been installing tile and improving homes professionally for 8 years.
