Sheetrock repairs, texturing and painting of nine holes in ceilings and walls inside/outside a family home in Galveston, TX following pipe bursts during the February 2021 freeze/storm. Terry responded promptly, walked me through the project and gave cost-saving and practical recommendations throughout the project. The work included sheetrock repairs, detailed texturing of different ceilings and blending in paint to a perfect match, all in a humid environment. Terry and team worked diligently and kept us informed throughout of the work progress and scheduling expectations. They respected our home, pets and environment by minimizing dust and disruption over several days. We recommend Terry and Rush Creek Building Maintenance without reservation. Ridiculous. Didn’t tell me until the appointment time that he wasn’t going to be able to come. I took off work and travelled to the location of the work to be there and he didn’t even have the consideration to let me know that he wasn’t going to be there. I had to find out when I waited around for him and then contacted him wondering where he was. DO NOT USE THIS PAINTER. He is not professional! Absolutely ridiculous.

We stand behind our estimated price. No surprises/ changes unless the customer wants to expand the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an appointment to look at the project first hand. Get a full understanding of what the customers expectations are. I will then prepare an estimate. If accepted I require a deposit to put the project on the schedule. I will then perform the work and once completed I will stand behind my work for 1 year.

Training through the apprenticeship program, years of product study
