Introduction: Extreme attention to detail and very budget conscious!
I have worked with people who have had a $5,000.00 max budget up to people with unlimited budgets and I have always stayed within my limits! All of the photos posted here are from weddings that I have planned, designed and coordinated. Can you tell which wedding is the $5,000.00 wedding? :) Please ask me, I'd be happy to tell you!
I love the diversity of people that I meet and all of their different ideas! I've worked with people from China, Uruguay, Spain, Africa and also Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Arizona and Tennessee!
I also enjoy the ability to be creative. I am inspired by everyone that I work with and the environment (venue) that I work in.
Knowledge and wisdom. With every event that I do I meet so many new people...clients and their family & friends, plus vendors! Every professional that I've worked with has given me some knowledge and/or wisdom to take with me. What I have learned from them is invaluable and something that can not be taught.
Even though this is one of the most stressful jobs (#5 on Forbes list of the top 10 most stressful jobs in 2016) you can choose for a career, it is also one of the most rewarding. I get such joy from a successful event. It truly makes all the stress and hard work worth it!

Ruth was extremely capable, creative and great to partner with for my daughter's graduation BBQ. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, loved the food and thought the decorations were terrific. Very satisfied client. Thank you very much Ruth!

It's been my experience that when it comes to Weddings and/or Event Designing, Ruth Hauslein really knows her stuff. She really takes the time to get to know her couples and puts her customer's needs first. She is easy to work with and very flexible. If you want someone is down to earth and will work hard to make your wedding or event as perfect as possible, then you need to hire Hauslein Wedding & Event Design!

Ruth knew exactly what I needed for my small budget wedding. She was good at staying on track in terms of planning and enlisting vendors that matched our visions. Working with Ruth has been a good experience since she is genuine on wanting to give you the best experience possible.
Ruth will greatly benefit if she can have more support from extra staffs. Although she can certainty take on all the tasks, it will help to logistically plan out the exact wants and needs that's expected during the wedding. A specific agenda of events will be a good asset in this situation. As a bride she made me feel assured.
