- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first thing a client should know is that we are not anything at all like most vendors you will interview. We are down to earth, flexible and we work within their budget. We charge $10.00 per person (guest), with a $500.00 minimum. This budget works quite well for just about everyone. However, we are always happy to talk with someone about their ideas...we can always find ways to help. That is truly what we are here for! If a quote is not what you expected, please give us a call and talk to us about it...we can always work something out! :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the consultation, where both the client and our professional will ask and answer each others questions. From there, we work with our client on their budget and make a detailed plan for moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ruth has her certificate from the Special Events Certification Council, as an Accredited Event Designer. She has been in the industry since 1993. All other employees are under her tutelage.
