- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable and we work with various budgets. We choose not to have a "cookie cutter" rate because all of our clients have different needs, goals, budgets and expectations. We have clients in the same industry and we recognize that it is imperative to look at each business individually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an 8 steps process with out clients: 1. Assess the clients project and assets 2. Build plan (marketing, digital, and or creative) and project goal and issue creative brief 3. Assign to Project Manager 4. Internal client orientation meeting with team members involved in project 5. Project Kickoff Call with Project Manager 6. Weekly call (15 min) to update on project and discuss any questions and or concerns 7. Review deliverables and send to client 8. Follow up with client to ensure deliverables meet expectations Although the aforementioned process may seem lengthy and or daunting, it's not! Our process is necessary to ensure we exceed our clients expectations. Whether you are spending $100 or $100,000 you will receive the same level of service from our firm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While everyone on staff at Blanket Marketing Group graduated from a University, working as experts in Digital Marketing requires more. The Blanket Marketing team brings a different kind of skillset to the table. Some members of our staff have experience in business analysis, software design, and architecture. Others, who work on the development side of the digital world have vast knowledge of.Net C#, PHP, MSSQ, MySQL, databases, and, of course, mobile app development for all platforms. With that being said, we cant forget to mention that Blanket Marketing Group takes an analytics-based approach to our clients product cycles. The Blanket Marketing Team has trained with some of the top global experts on digital marketing and social media. Not only do we craft effective digital marketing campaigns for our clients, but we also facilitate the testing methods, and data collection applications that offer our customers reliable feedback on what works, and what fails to convert potential customers
