Introduction: Noel Construction is a general contractor here in the Sacramento area I have had my general contracting license since 1999. We do all aspects of Residential Construction. We have participated in a number of TV shows with Yard Crashers and Turf Wars on the DIY Network. I consider myself more of an artist than contractor, high end red wood decks are a specialty of mine. (I love what I do!) I love meeting new clients and working with them to accomplish their vision for the project. I love to take on challenging tasks and enjoy the feeling of making my customers happy.

This contractor was very high pressured, and was not very personable. He gave me a quote, but has not put it in writing, which I requested he do. I needed to get three estimates on a fence job, before my neighbor and I made a decision on who to go with. I was not very impressed.

The Thumbtack app said a hundred feet of fence when I got clear up to Roseville it was only 22 foot of fence it was not worth doing the job or spending any time on it I don't think that was very fair
