Josh was very interested in the project. He was willing to discuss ideas from all parties involved and provided practical ideas as well as some out of the box ideas. Working with Josh was easy and communication was good.

Oct 2017 , then Jan. 2018 for his recommendations......My wife and I met with Josh this afternoon and both of us are very impressed with his professionalism, helpfulness, and estimate of needed work. Although we have just started our relationship with him we are encouraged and excited about going forward.
May 18, 2018 An update with our relationship with Josh. My wife and I can't recommend Josh . Although we have no reason to believe his work is sub-par, but his reliability and word is questionable. We were waiting for our property to be excavated for the design process. Josh actually suggested we wait. It was a good 5 months until the weather cleared for this to happen. The work is starting in a few days so I contacted Josh to alert him after keeping him in the loop during the past several months. His response was that he could not continue with us due to a new born in this family and he is not taking on anymore work.
Well you can imagine our disappointment in Josh. My wife and I are 68 years old and completely understand the pressures of family and new responsibilities. But, that being said, Josh should have at the very least alerted us to this so we could begin the process again of finding a new Architect. We remain very disappointed with him and were initially excited about helping a young family with starting a new business.
