James responded quickly to my request for piano tuning. He asked relevant questions, and arrived at the agreed appointment time. He was very professional and courteous while in my home. The old upright piano had not been tuned for several years, a few of those in storage, and he raised the pitch as needed. After a few hours, the piano sounded much better! I would recommend James for your piano tuning needs.
