What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee of $100/hr for an initial 2hr consult to fully understand the scope of any project. Once that is defined, we work on a proposal to fit our client's overall budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial 2hr consult, we work on a proposal for our clients. This proposal includes a tentative cost estimate based on client feedback. Depending on the scope of the project, we will then work on a tentative timeline and let you know the following steps that will ultimately lead to making your space fabulous!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We currently work with mostly residential clients.
