- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I assist people in purchasing a property, I am completely free to you. The seller would provide my compensation and you can have experienced representation at no cost to you. I try to find the best solution for people. I have a standard management fee of 10% of the rental amount. If I am renting a property for someone and not managing, I charge an equivalent to a one month rental fee. If I am selling a property for someone, this can vary and depends on the circumstances. I would require more information to provide an exact quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out all their professional real estate related needs and then go over everything in detail so they know what they could expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 17 years experience working as a full time real estate professional and licensed real estate broker. Licensed and experienced property manager as well with community association management experience and new construction.
