We hired Rob to replace the siding on our two chimneys. He showed up on time and eager to get the job done. He and April were able to answer all our questions and worked nonstop in the hot 90 degree heat without breaks. Time was important to them. For once I felt like my time was as important as the person I hired. The workmanship and dedication they showed was outstanding. Rob really knows his profession and they care about what the customer wants and thinks as well as the job they do. Their price was very reasonable. Leaving us to feel like we got our moneys worth. They really did a good job! Our Chimneys really look nice again. We are very happy with the completed project. We highly recommend them and will be using there services in the future for any repairs we may need help with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard hourly rate is 35$ p/h. Tile floors labor rate starts at 2.50$ p/sqft. Interoir paint starts at 0.35$ p/sqft
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask the customer questions to get a complete understanding of what they want. Then I explain the steps from start to finish of how the project will proceed to achieve the custmers goal. Then answer any question the customer might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 yrs experience in the field of residential construction. 100% of it is hands on.
