Usually we ask the per person price range to get started and then make suggestions to get the best bank for that buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically an initial meeting or phone call is a good idea so we can listen to your requests and make suggestions accordingly. If you know a little about what you want, we can provide food samples.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Eduardo has 30 years of experience in Mexican cuisine. His favorite recipes to prepare are old traditional ones passed down through generations which his mother taught him. They are the best ones. Having retired early after owning two Mexican restaurants in New York, Chef Eduardo still likes to kick his proverbial finger in the pie.
