- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and long warranties! Each household uses water differently and has different water quality, each request for pricing will be handled on a one on one basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up a no charge visit to your home to test your water (unless you have test results in writing)... then we assess your installation locations, and finally we provide our proposal of equipment and installation to fit your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory trained in all of the most common equipment available in our professional marketplace. We continue to study and get certified through the WQA on all of the latest products, and stay up to date with the newest concerns and problems. We have licensed plumbers at our disposal and even a licensed water well pump installer on staff!
