I have to be honest I haven't trained with Radlee on a one on one basis but I have known him for a long time. Ive lifted with him in the past, great guy, great trainer!

I had the opportunity to train with Radley only a handful of times and each of those workouts I would classify as my most effective to date. They were intense, targeted, and Radley was a superb motivator, I felt he really personalized his approach to help me feel encouraged and to push myself to work in a smart effective way that would deliver results, and it absolutely did. I would train with Radley every day if I could.
