FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is not a hobby. I do not work a 9-5 and then come out on weekends to earn extra money singing at your events. I am an artist, 100% entrepreneur, reliant upon booking shows and selling merchandise ( cds, t-shirts, calendars etc) to earn income. I give my all to my audience, in every show I book. I don't skimp on costs either, having a full band and background vocalists to assure audiences feel every bit of the music.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss their needs and feel assured that I am who they need to book for their event. Give them a price that would be fair. Once that's agreed upon, I send out a signed contract for their review for them to sign and return. My business name, EIN, bio, rider are all attached in this contract packet, giving clients further assurance of how I conduct business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education (two masters degrees) is counseling focused. As an educator, and professional I spent my days helping others to find their best self and focus on that. As an artist, I do the same thing. I am a soulstress...I sing from my soul to help soothe the souls of others.
