We are competitive in our pricing. Are you a veteran? If so, I have special discounts for those who have served this country. Looking for new construction? I can help you save money. Sell and purchase a home all within 90 days and receive a 1% rebate at closing on the purchase if represented by us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let’s meet. We will sit down and talk about how we will market your home to garner the best buyers in the current market. I will work hard in selling your home or finding you a new place to call home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in many different areas. From military instructor, Electronics and Computer Specialist to working in the mortgage industry helping clients through the mortgage process. I have years of specializing in the mortgage and real estate industry which provides me with insight and in-depth knowledge of unique financing scenarios, Real Estate Title, and many areas of real estate and mortgages that give me an upper hand in helping you accept the best offer or in finding the perfect home.
