- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process any project begins with a phone or in-person conversation with the client to discuss their business or business idea and goals for this project. Payment is split into two equal payment, 1/2 upfront and 1/2 at the completion of the project. Once the payment is made, the client will receive a comprehensive client intake questionnaire. Once the completed questionnaire is returned, a second call is scheduled for approximately 1 to 2 hours to discuss the business. Depending on the specific type of engagement, a third call may be needed. At this point, a draft document is developed. When the draft of the plan is complete, it is posted to Dropbox.com for the client to review. Another phone call is scheduled to review the document. The client gets up to 2 revisions. When the revisions are complete, the final invoice for payment is sent. Once paid, the document is then released to the client.

With over 25 years of marketing and business consulting experience, I have a proven track record of helping solve problems for my clients on-time, on budget and with proven sustainable results. Along with a certificate from CoachU, I have a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from The Ohio State University. I am also a certified Book Yourself Solid coach for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Although I have worked with many large Fortune 500 companies, I have found my passion in helping small business owners succeed. I love working with small businesses because the impact of my work is highly tangible. And things happen fast. I thrive in a fast paced environment so business and marketing consulting is a great fit for me.
