- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not a standard pricing system when it comes to restoration services. However, I take joy in leading people through the process of identifying products from good, better, to best in regards to quality and price and developing a catered solution specific to their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide home & business owners with a quality assessment of their homes restoration needs. Should it be damage related to a storm, fire or water I uncover the 'real' needs. From there I provide quality estimates, worthy testimonials and a sales process that ensures total quality and peace of mind.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the home improvement industry after years of being a missionary. It seemed a natural fit. From helping people abroad to helping people in my home town, your care is my concern.
