- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers we first schedule a site evaluation, so we may provide the exact solution for them. We then prepare an estimate with suggested equipment and configuration. If our proposal is accepted, we answer any additional questions and concerns; then we proceed to schedule the next earliest install date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are certified installers for vision link surveillance products.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
