- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is mutually agreed upon. If a partnership would be good for both parties, then a price that is appropriate for both of us is reached.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential new clients complete a complimentary coaching call. We will discuss broad life goals and how our coaching partnership will aid the client in reaching them. Fees are mutually agreed upon, so the complimentary call ends with a discussion about an appropriate fee structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A master's degree and coaching certification coursework, along with more than 10 years of experience in the student development area qualify me to work with clients to reach their goals.
