I received a response to my inquiry almost immediately, and was able to schedule service the next morning. The issue (a leak under the kitchen sink) was fixed quickly, and the work was thorough, clean, and at a reasonable cost. I’ll definitely be contacting P23 for any future plumbing needs.

Great company to work with. I was in a time crunch and they made things happen. Although the job was complicated, they stuck with it until they got all the issues resolved, although it took a lot longer than estimated. Would definitely hire again.

After traveling out of town during a sub-zero cold snap, I returned home to a kitchen sink with a major leak & drainage issue. The team at P23 answered my request for an assessment of the problem almost immediately, and was able to come examine the problem in less than 24 hours from initial contact. They were perfectly professional, and ended up diagnosing my issue as a simple drainage clog problem that was exacerbated by freezing temperatures. They snaked my drain, checked all of the plumbing connections and made sure they were secure, and verified successful drainage for an extended period prior to leaving. Payment was simple, reasonable, and easy to execute following the job. There guys are super responsive, and I highly recommend them!
