- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary dependent on wedding location, length of reception, addition of ceremony music, and setup size desired. Pricing starts ay $750, and most packages are sold as a 6 hour block. 2 hours of which is designated to dinner/ cocktail style, background, music; while 4 hours is usually set aside for the reception.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to sit down with the bride and groom, at their connivence, to get to know them better as individuals and as a couple. I provide a very specialty service, and am catering your musical selections on the biggest day of your lives together, so it is essential to understand who you are as music fans to provide that perfect atmosphere at your wedding reception. Once I have a better understanding who are are as music fans, we consider sound and lighting setups. I offer three different setups to accommodate any reception size and atmosphere desired. All are listed on my website at eliteweddingdjs.com. It is important to note that any of the setups can be modified at your request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the only DJ I've me in the entire midwest to undergo accredited training at a professional DJ academy. I attended Scratch Dj Academy in Los Angeles, California from 07-08, and held an internship within the academy after graduation.
