That means we are fully trained to provide a high quality, clean, and honest service to our customers. We perform all types of chimney repairs. This includes masonry and chimney liner installation. At Able Chimney Sweeps, we’re committed to our clients. If we make you a promise, we keep it. Our methods of operation ensure that we leave NO mess in your home—in fact, we guarantee it. Your cleaning and inspection may take up to an hour, but we promise that when we leave, you won’t even know we’d been there. Four-star service is not an option with us. We strive for above-and-beyond service in every manner of business. We only hire above average chimney sweeps with repair experiences, drug and background testing our employees to ensure whoever is in YOUR home is someone we wouldn’t mind in OUR own home. Very happy with our Able Chimney Sweeps experience. The thing that made the biggest impression (aside from the tech's unwavering professionalism and courtesy) was the fact that when he used his camera to look at the inside of the chimney, he did it with my husband looking over his shoulders so that they both saw all of the images in real time, at the same time. (We had a bad experience with a heating company technician showing us still shots that were allegedly the damage on the inside of our furnace, but he could not find the damage again when we asked to see them in real time. Shady.) Very impressed with this Able tech's honesty and transparency. I wish we'd gotten his name so that we could sing his praises more specifically! Highly recommend Able Chimney Sweeps. We'll use them again.

Able was amazing! They were able to bore out my old liner and get me up and running with a fire 2.5 days later! (This was a fireplace that hadn’t seen a fire in over 50 years) Great communication and the employees left my house sparkling clean every day. I couldn’t have asked for better service from the initial phone call, honest estimate, and great work! Thank you Able!

Working with Able Chimney was a rather simple experience for installing a flue liner. Next steps were clear, questions were quickly responded to and the work quality was good. My only complaint is that they flattened a gutter spout which I was able to reshape and they could've cleaned up the broken brick and mortar that fell inside the fireplace. In reality, I considered those items to be too small to dock a star.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask if there are any current discounts! Level 1 inspection: includes chimney cleaning and visual inspection. Our Chimney Sweeps use state-of-the-art equipment to clean chimneys of all kinds. While sweeping your system, we ensure that it’s in working order. We look for any problems that could prevent peak performance and recommend what is needed for your system to burn cleanly and safely. Any potential hazards or problems that may be found in your system will be pointed out. Level 2 inspection: Includes recommend this inspection during a change in property ownership, after a chimney fire, or if you have any leakage or other problems with your chimney to determine the exact cause. Also Level 2 Inspection is recommended if the chimney has not been cleaned in a few years. A closed circuit camera system will be used to complete a Level Two Inspection. The camera is used to inspect the condition of the interior of the flue. You will receive a detailed written report with photos outlining any areas of concern.
